How it works

Three minutes to set up. One tap a day after that.

  1. Choose your deadline. Pick any time of day, first thing, mid-evening, whatever fits your routine. There is no “right” time; there is only yours. The home screen shows a simple countdown ring to your deadline.
  2. Choose your people. Add the contacts who should be told if you ever miss a check-in: a friend, a neighbour, a son or daughter. Their numbers are used for one thing only, your alerts.
  3. Write your message, in your words. The alert text is yours to edit, with a live preview. You can send a test text to your first contact in advance, so if the real one ever arrives, it isn’t a stranger.
  4. Add a photo that matters. Your dog, your family, whoever would come looking for you. It keeps the daily routine human, and it travels with your alert.

Your day, once it’s set up

As your deadline approaches, All Well Daily reminds you, up to four reminders, each at a time you choose, anywhere from twelve hours to one minute before. The first is gentle. The last is a proper alarm. You don’t have to wait for them: tap I’m OK at any point and you are done for the day. The remaining reminders are cancelled on the spot, and the countdown quietly rolls to tomorrow.

Most days, that tap is the whole story. Nobody is contacted. Nothing is posted anywhere. There are no feeds, no streaks, and no one watching a dashboard.

The day it matters

If your deadline passes with no check-in, nothing happens for fifteen minutes, a grace period for showers, traffic and flat phone batteries. Our server, not just your phone, is watching the deadline, so this still works if your phone is off or out of signal. If the grace period ends and you still haven’t checked in, we send your message as a text to the people you chose.

There is also a separate SOS button, with a confirmation step so it can’t be pressed by accident, for the day you need your people alerted straight away, on purpose.

Away, busy, or just not today

Going on holiday, or family coming to stay? Pause monitoring in one tap and resume it when you’re back. Your SOS button stays available while you’re paused.
